Well there's no time like the present, as the Shoalhaven Mariners Baseball Association's season is right around the corner.

The Mariners have long held a strong reputation as a great club with a strong community focus.
Vice President Kerrie Raymond said the club is welcoming new players to come aboard and give the sport a try.
"We welcome any of our past and current members along with any new players that may be interested in having a run this season," she said.
Baseball is a fun, strategic sport that is very team oriented, where teams and players often thrive through learning from and supporting one another.
The club is currently looking for any male or females who are 15 years or over of any ability to fill teams for the senior season.
Training will be held every Wednesday afternoon at Ison Park starting at 5pm with occasional Fridays.
If you are keen to join the Mariners squad, then come along to one of the training sessions and see if the sports for you. Teams will need to be finalised soon.
