Practice Principal Annette Pham said she was advised by the Public Health Unit that the person who tested positive to COVID-19 visited the centre last week on Thursday, September 2.
Ms Pham confirmed the patient was there from at 1.35pm during lunchtime when there were no other patients in the waiting room.
The patient entered a consult room at 1.38pm and left the building directly from the consult room at 3.10pm.

Ms Pham stressed that the risk of transmission was extremely low as there was "very little exposure to any patients" and that all staff are fully vaccinated.
"While all precautions have been taken to guard against this scenario within our centre, we must still follow directives from the Public Health Unit until cleared," she said.
"The patient was wearing a mask, the staff member who dealt with them was wearing a mask, and all the staff are fully vaccinated.
"We are confident that all the all the risk mitigation strategies that we have put in place will pay off and that there will be no further exposures out of this."

Staff at the Vincentia Medical Centre have already undergone testing and are awaiting results, which are expected to come in at midnight.
The staff member who had contact with the patient will be isolating for fourteen days.
At this stage the practice has cancelled Friday's AstraZeneca walk-in vaccination clinic.
The Pfizer vaccination clinic will proceed as planned on Saturday, September 11.
The practice will continue Thursday's appointments via Telehealth.
