The other two matches, between Bay and Basin and Nowra and Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens and Batemans Bay, ended in draws because of the wet.
These results mean minor premiers Bay and Basin will host Sussex Inlet at Francis Ryan Reserve in one semi-final - with Berry taking on Nowra at Zealand Oval in the other.
