After choosing to bat on day one, Bomaderry posted 91 - a target the hosts quickly chased down.
Behind Brett Woolridge (60) and Tom Purcell (43 not out), the Bay declared at 5/166, after easily claiming first innings points.
For the Tigers, Gary Evans (3/31) and Mitchell Downey (2/45) were standouts.

In their second dig, the Tigers were all out for 72, despite 35 not out from Mark Pritchard.
Phil Rotherham was the chief destroyer with 4/9 - handing the hosts the outright win.
The victory sees the Bay finish in fourth position on 108 points, just behind Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens (129) who had the bye in round 14.
In other matches, Berry-Shoalhaven Heads outrighted Ulladulla United on day one at Zealand Oval - on the back of strong performances from Alec Dobson (65 not out) and Max Carr-McCarron (6/12 across the two innings) - and North Nowra-Cambewarra's fixture with Sussex Inlet at Lyrebird Park finished in a draw, after it was too wet for any play on day two.
As a result, the Magpies finished the regular season in first place, on 168 points, and will now play fourth-placed Bay at Zealand Oval, for a spot in the decider.
While second placed Sussex (131 points) will host Ex-Servos at the Thompson Street Sporting Complex, in the other two-day semi-final.
