Berry-Shoalhaven Heads, who has already won the Twenty20 and one-day titles this season, finished the regular season in top spot, on 117 points.
This secured the Magpies a home semi-final against the fourth-placed Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens - who edged out North Nowra-Cambewarra by four points for the last semi-finals spot.
This match will be played at the Berry Sports Complex from 1pm on Saturday, before continuing at 10.30am on Sunday.
In the other first grade semi-final, second-placed Ulladulla United will host Bomaderry at Lighthouse Oval.
The winners of these two fixtures will play in the grand final on March 28 and 29.
While in second grade - which also saw no action in the final round due to the wet conditions - the semi-finals will see minor premiers Bay and Basin will entertain Sussex Inlet at Sanctuary Point Oval, as Batemans Bay battles North Nowra-Cambewarra at Hanging Rock.
