In early July, Nowra will welcome Ten Tops to Junction Street - a shop where nothing costs over $10.
Stocking groceries and products ranging from pet care, party supplies, stationary, health and beauty, garden and homewares, the family-owned store is set to move into the old Target building.
"In particular, we've also got a category called 'our top picks' and that involves products that we think are the best in the store and they are limited edition," said the Bernadi Group's Isabella Bernadi.
The new store will bring 25 to 30 new jobs to Nowra locals.

With other stores in regional areas like Dubbo and Wagga Wagga, the Bernadi Group believes the new store can assist in revitalising the Nowra CBD.
"In our opening weeks in Dubbo, we virtually sold out of kids toys, pet care, cleaning products and grocery items - and were completely overwhelmed by the support and positive feedback from Dubbo locals," said Co-CEO Joseph Bernadi.
"We've had great success for other regional towns we've come to. It's turning what would've been a closed down shop in the main street into an opportunity for more people to work," said Isabella Bernadi.
"It'll hopefully bring some excitement to the area too, I don't think many have seen a format like Ten Tops."
The exact date of the stores grand opening is yet to be announced.
