After winning the toss at Nowra's Added Area (where the match was shifted to after Kiama's Bonaira Oval was deemed too wet), the Flamingoes decided to bat first and posted 7-166 from their 20 overs.
Man of the match Luke Jurancic top-scored for the Flamingoes with 73 not out from 31 deliveries, while opener Mat Bell hit 61 from 41 balls.
With the white ball, both Imran Zafar (2-15) and Dan May (2-31) took two wickets each for the Hi-Flyers, while Dylan Higgins and Justin Rumble took 1-33 and 1-35 respectively.
In reply, Higgins (52 off 39) was the only Hi-Flyers' batsmen to reach double-figures, as his side finished at 8-73 from their 14.3 overs.
John Guscott and Anthony Johnston dominated with the ball, taking 3-2 and 3-8 respectively, as Tobias Hanger (1-9) and Chais Kelly (1-10) chipped in with one each.
The victory books the Flamingoes spot at September's LMS national championships at the Gold Coast.
