Mrs Holland, aged 90, who was involved in numerous local organisations, died after she was critically injured during a dog attack on Collingwood Beach on March 29 last year.
"Sadly, Mum (Sally) did not pass peacefully, nor by illness or age, she was tragically taken while enjoying her happy, peaceful life walking on Collingwood Beach," said her daughter Gloria.
Unfortunately due to COVID last year, plans to hold a community service for the fondly remembered, hardworking community member and generous soul, were virtually impossible.

A memorial for the loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and community volunteer will be held from 11am at her "beloved" Collingwood Beach, where she would swim and walk each day, in Susan Street, Vincentia on April 4.
The invitation is for all who knew and loved Sally, particularly family members, friends and groups with which she was involved and the community.
You are encouraged to wear swimmers/beach gear, bring a chair and your picnic lunch.
As the event is being conducted on the shore of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, it is asked there be no flowers and/or tributes, no alcohol and no smoking.
However, as Sally was an avid supporter of a number of causes, there will be a donation box available for those who wish to give.
Please bring your memories to share with other like-minded admirers to farewell this beautiful and generous soul.
If you wish to attend the event contact Gloria on 0413 557 145.
