They introduced both under 12s and under 14s side in their maiden season before last year introducing an under 15s side - which went on to win the premiership undefeated.
On the back of that success, and constantly growing numbers, the Artie Smith Oval-based club is looking to introduce an under 17s outfit for the 2021 AFL South Coast season.
"The girls' skills, football knowledge and game sense have all improved immensely since we started our program," Tigers coach Lyn Robinson said.
"Each and every one of our girls is enthusiastic to keep improving.
"The continual growth in the female game means players need to be supported in all stages of their playing development.
"An under 17s team allows the girls to refine their skills and confidence, to transition seamlessly from junior to senior football.
"The club has worked hard to develop this transition program and this is the next piece to the puzzle."
Robinson's Tigers, who started their pre-season in early March, train every Tuesday (5-6pm) and Thursday (4.30-6pm) at Artie Smith Oval.
"The girls are looking sharp heading into the new season but we are always on the lookout for more talented females," Robinson said.
In other positive Tigers news, for the first time in three seasons, the club has a standalone under 17 boys side, which will be coached by Ash Priest.
