After starting his prep with a win in a 1250 metres benchmark 72 at Canterbury on Friday night, the gelding will return to his home track this weekend for Saturday's standalone metro meeting at Kembla Grange.
Cuban Royale has been nominated for a 1400m benchmark 78, a race that's likely to feature Theresa Bateup's Monegal and Gwenda Markwell's Main Stage.
"We're hoping for a repeat performance," Price said.
"The horse is flying, but I think he can improve off that win.
"I don't think he'll have any trouble backing up.
"Unfortunately Brock's already committed to Monegal, so Hugh Bowman takes over.
"We don't get the claim, but we get one of the best jockeys in Australia, so it's not too big a loss."
The Prices have also nominated five-year-old Tochi to make the first start of her campaign in a fillies and mares 1200m benchmark 78.
