THE Bomaderry Tigers senior men's program wrapped up their 2020 AFL South Coast season on Saturday with the unveiling of their major award winners.

After three straight seasons of finishing as runner-up, Courtney Ward claimed the club's prestigious Best and Fairest Award.
The backman polled 21 votes, seeing him finish six ahead of both Charlie Rodden and 2019 co-winner Adriaan Toms.
Tom Nicholls was fourth on 13 points, with James Phillips and Alex Whitehall next on eight.
The other major award from Matt Barnes' first grade side, the Tiger of the Year, was won by Toms.
The midfielder collected 21 votes, finishing ahead of Ward (14), Whitehall (eight), Blake Munilla (eight), Rodden (seven) and Nicholls (six).
The latter didn't go home empty-handed though, taking out the club's Most Consistent Award, while Rhys Arnold (Coach's Award) and James Macdonald (Encouragement Award) were also recognised.
In reserve grade, Nick McDonald was named Best and Fairest on 14 votes, with Nathan Thomas the runner-up on 10.
Rounding out the top five were Tim Hanlon (nine), Joe Brassil (six) and Tyler Dunstan (six).
Jacob Howard (eight votes) was named the club's reserve grade Tiger, edging out Thomas (seven), McDonald (six), Matt Hickmott (six), John Ulrick (six), Hanlon (six), Matt Lawrence (five) and Toby Craig (five).
The grade's other two awards went to Hickmott (Coach's Award) and Zac De Rooy (Encouragement Award).
Wrapping up the acknowledgements for the Artie Smith Oval-based side were the club awards, which went Phillips (Best First Year Player), Rodden (Rookie), Lawrence (Most Improved) and Les Gernyi (Conspicuous Services).
