"Shoalhaven City Council has almost completed works to upgrade the Berry Street, Nowra streetscape and the footpath and road are now open to traffic," a Shoalhaven City Council spokesperson said.
"Some car park spots remain closed until fencing around the newly planted trees can be removed."
Work to improve the streetscape began on Monday, April 27, and was initially expected to finish in July.
A Shoalhaven City Council spokesperson said the project will modernise the streetscape, including improvements to the footpath and plants, remove uneven ground and provide safer road crossing options.
