The senior section of the club as already contested two pre-season tournaments, including finishing second at the Camden 10s at the weekend.
They'll next take to the field this Saturday at the Kiama Sevens, before taking on Batemans Bay in a trial match on March 14 to raise money for bushfires victims.
This year also marks the return of their third grade side, to be coached by Mark Ross and Matt Crossley.
Shoals, who have locked in a trip to the Vietnam 10s in October, will kick-off their Illawarra District Rugby Union season on April 4.
While in the juniors, they will be hosting a registration day on Sunday, March 1 at Rugby Park from 10am to 1pm - which will be a fun day for all the family.
Following that, the under 14s train each Tuesday at 5pm, while the under 16s are at 6pm on Thursdays - both at Rugby Park.
