Gerringong trio Tariq Sims, Jackson Ford and Tyran Wishart, as well as Albion Park-Oak Flats' Adam Clune are all part of McGregor's 27-man squad.
Cody Ramsey (shoulder) has been rested for the weekend following his starring performance in Perth, alongside Trent Merrin - with Cameron McInnes (knee), Matt Dufty (cheekbone) and Gerringong's Korbin Sims (arm) all injured.

Tyrell Fuimaono, Josh Kerr and Issac Luke are unavailable for selection due to their respective NRL All Stars commitments on the Gold Coast this week.
Dragons coach Paul McGregor is eager to see the club kick on from its positive NRL Perth Nines campaign last weekend.
"Our success on the field in Perth was a really pleasing way to commence our pre-season trials," McGregor said.
"The weekend will present several players - particularly those who have just participated in their maiden NRL pre-season - a fantastic opportunity to showcase their talent against Newcastle.

"We will also see several regulars for the first time in 2020, which should prove further excitement for Red V members and fans."
All three senior grades will play against the Knights - a squad that will include Albion Park-Oak Flats product Dylan Lucas - on Saturday, with first grade to commence at 5:30pm.
Joining the Group Seven quartet in the squad are Euan Aitken, Eddie Blacker, Mathew Feagai, Max Feagai, Tyson Frizell, Luke Gale, James Graham, Ben Hunt, Jacob Host, Tim Lafai, Blake Lawrie, Hayden Lomax, Zac Lomax, Joe Lovodua, Corey Norman, Jordan Pereira, Mikaele Ravalawa, Jason Saab, Tristan Sailor, Shaun Sauni-Esau, Jayden Sullivan, Paul Vaughan and Brayden Wiliame.
