In the other match of the first round, Illawarra defeated Highlands 7/118 to 115 at Lackey Park Sportsgrounds.
Shane Isherwood's Shoalhaven side, which also features Jack Sweet, Deklin Matson, Riley Jarrett, John Bowern and Blake Dixon, will look to make it two wins on the trot when they travel to Lackey Park Sportsgrounds on November 3 to face Highlands - with Illawarra hosting South Coast at Reed Park on the same day.
Shoalhaven will then face Illawarra twice in eight days, at home on November 10 before playing away on November 17.
