After winning the toss, Tigers' Zac Blattner decided to have the first crack at the crease.
Openers Ben King-Gee and Ryan Henry laid a strong platform for the visitors before the former was dismissed by Graham Phillis for 14.
First-drop Kyle Jarrett came and went for six before Zac Blattner blasted four boundaries on his way to 22, before falling to Rocky Ninovic.
Ninovic had two wickets in quick succession when he had Jason Bell caught leg before for zero.
Daniel Bryant was the next batsmen to come to the crease but he could only muster seven before being bowled by Nathan Tyrrell.
Jono Clack then came to the middle, with the score at 5/91.
Clack and Henry then added another 40 runs before the latter fell for 44.
Cameron Fernie then joined Clack at the crease, with the pair putting on a 63-run seventh-wicket partnership.
Fernie (24) eventually became Ninovic's third scalp, before Clack was dismissed four runs later for 59.
Starts from Kealen Blattner (17), Matthew Hiriart (10 not out) and Stu Jeffrey (six not out) helped the visitors reach 9/232 from their 45 overs.
With the white ball, Sam Bagnall (3/34) and Ninovic (3/62) led the way for Ex-Servos, while Phillis (2/54) and Tyrrell (1/40) also took wickets.
In reply, openers Daniel Gleeson and Bagnall looked comfortable at the crease until Jarrett dismissed the hosts' skipper for 15.
Chris Bramley (two) and Tyrrell (zero) then came and went quickly - as Bagnall (32) was also dismissed, bringing former Tiger Blake Munilla to the middle.
Munilla and Manning Berry then combined for a 140-run partnership, before the latter was clean bowled by Jason Bell for 59.
This wicket triggered a collapse for the hosts, who lost their final six wickets for 24 runs - including Sam Watts (seven), Phillis (zero), Brandon Booth (four), Ninovic (two) and Scott Merivale (zero) - to be all out for 214 in the 44th over.
The not out batsman was Munilla, who hit eight boundaries on his way to an unbeaten 81, in Ex-Servos' second straight loss.
Bell starred with the ball, claiming 4/29 from his 8.5 overs, as Jarrett (3/25) also bowled strongly.
Bryant (1/32) and Zac Blattner (1/39) also claimed wickets in the Tigers first win of the season.
Ulladulla United had the bye in round two.
