The Nowra resident has been making chocolates to sell and buy toys for children who may otherwise receive a gift this Christmas.
The mini chocolatier has been making and selling chocolates for the cause for the past three years.
He receives $10 from his family each year as the weather starts warming up and uses it to buy marshmallows, kebab sticks and melting chocolates.
His 'chocolate kebabs' are then sold around the local area and to friends and family. Last year he raised $260 and this year is already close to his goal of $500.
Pacey personally selects the toys from Kmart, and caters to both boys and girls up to the age of 12. This year he's hoping to be able to purchase 30 toys.
He then takes the toys to the local Salvation Army who deliver them to local children closer to Christmas.
Mum Aurora said Pacey has always had a generous nature.
"He's very caring and loving," she said.
"He saw a program on TV about kids not receiving gifts and that's where it all started from."
