Tigers junior Zac Blattner returns to the club as captain, to lead a team that now also contains Jason Bell, Cameron Fernie, Jono Clack and Ryan Henry, who have all joined from Nowra, as well as former players Ben King-Gee and Kealen Blattner.
"Not just the first grade side but the club itself has been shaping up really well," Blattner said.
"We've had quite a few strong training sessions with solid numbers and new faces around the club."
Those additions to the club will join the likes of Michael Coulter, Kyle Jarrett and Heath Muller, to create a formidable line-up.
"The strengths of our squad this year is our depth," Blattner said.
"On top of that, a big thing is we're all getting along well at training - an individual can only get you so far in cricket but when you got 14 or 15 blokes all wanting to play together, it definitely makes a difference."

Especially when there are so many players that can contribute with bat and ball for the Bomaderry Oval based club.
"Cam Fernie, Kyle Jarrett, Jason Bell and Michael Coulter can all contribute with bat and ball," he said.
"It's good to have them all in the one squad - it'll will be exciting for us this year."
In particular, Blattner can't wait to see what Bell does back in Tigers colours.
"Jason Bell being back in the blue and gold this year, will bring plenty of experience and knowledge to our team - which will no doubt help me in my role," he said.
"Adding on that, Jason will bring us the x-factor that we've been lacking in previous years."
Blattner, who captained the Tigers to the SDCA T20 title in 2017/18, and his side have set a number of goals for the new campain.
"My goals as a captain this year are to make the semi-finals in each format," he said.

"Obviously the ultimate goal is to win the competition but we'll take each week as they come and just set the bar at making the semi-finals for now.
"When there's four teams left, no matter where you place ,anyone can take it out."
Bomaderry start their season at home on Saturday against Ulladulla United, from 1pm.
