Suffolk, who has more than 400 medals in her career, opened her busy competition with the women's 45-40 years 10,000 metres.
She started the meet in perfect fashion, by claiming gold in this event, in a time of 43:44.34 - with Victoria's Maryann Murray (43:49.30) finishing second.
Suffolk backed up this gold with a silver in the 2km steeplechase, clocking a time of 9:32.91.
Victoria's Sharon Pederson took gold in this event, in a time of 8:52.97, with Victoria's Rekha Edirisinghe (9:55.08) claiming bronze.
The Victory Runners athlete finished her impressive meet with a bronze in the 5000m.
Suffolk (21:20.60) finished third behind ACT's Leanne Laajoki (19:45.79) and Victoria's Maryann Murray (20:33.91).
