Your age: I'll be 50 this year.
Number of years experience in politics: I have been a councillor on Shoalhaven City Council since 2016, but have been politically active all my adult life.
What's your profession outside of politics? I'm a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Neurology and specifically a Parkinson's Disease Specialist Nurse, I have over 600 patients from Kiama to Ulladulla.
Why are you involved in politics? I want to improve the health system, welfare system, schools, housing, transport, and take strong action on climate change, and save our oceans and biodiversity.
What is the primary objective you would like to achieve in this electorate? I have many objectives to improve the quality of life for our young and most vulnerable, and to see solar on all schools and hospitals.

What's the biggest (state government) issue affecting people in your electorate? Poor planning and over development, and the resulting inadequate infrastructure is the key state issue across the entire electorate.
How do you propose to help with this? Strengthen biodiversity legislation, maintain zoning protections, community consultation, review of indicative plans of potential future development, include environmental and social impact studies in planning requirements.
If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and why? Jesus, to understand his true guidance, morals, insights, intentions and inspirations, rather than the less than pure interpretations we are so often fed.
What is your favourite drink? Water, it is so refreshing. I drink it hot and cold.
What is your favourite hobby? I love playing guitar, making music is a wonderful thing to do.
What is your favourite book? I love reading Indigenous history books and traditional stories. They teach me a lot about Indigenous culture and spirituality, and show me the truth.
What is your favourite TV series at the moment? Honestly, I'm too busy for TV, between work, council and activism. However, I did enjoy Lucifer, it's dark and funny and helped me switch off.
