In the women's category, defending champion Neroli Field (39 years) took home the ‘Boss of the Bay’ trophy, with a clean sweep across all five events.
For the men's category, Ricky Gerard (24 years) made his debut appearance and performed consistently across the five events, to claim victory.
In the strong competition, Ben Slaughter took out the men's division, followed by James Te Huna and Huskisson's Jack Mayhew.
For the women, it was Nowra's Jaymi Morris who stood atop the podium, closely followed by Emmelyne Oczkowski and Kate Wright.
Over the course of the weekend, the athletes completed; 26,280 squats, 18,100 sandbag lifts, 10,780 calories on the air bikes and threw 34,900kgs of slam balls over their shoulders.
Next year’s event is on November 9 and 10.
