The group walked and rode bicycles from Moona Moona Creek Reserve to Holden Street on Collingwood Beach and in the process raised more than $9,000 for the cause.
The fundraiser was in memory of Lachlan Thoroughgood and loved ones of those present who had lost their battle with brain cancer.
Walk4BrainCancer is the biggest mobilisation of the brain cancer community, taking place across Australia from September to December every year.
