March has denied all allegations.
Evidence submitted to the court claimed March, known to many children as "Pop", befriended three brothers while living in units in Greenwell Point
He would supply the brothers and other local teenagers with alcohol and cigarettes, the evidence claimed, as well as giving them money to buy goods at shops.
That continued at several addresses in and around Nowra, where the victims claimed they would often go instead of going to school.
They claimed they liked going to March's place because he would allow them to do as they liked, alleging March fed them alcohol and cigarettes and frequently played pornographic videos which often involved young boys.
It was during these visits that March allegedly began sexually abusing the boys, the evidence stated.
The abuse allegedly continued until 1999 when March's son, Christopher Myers, was arrested for sexually abusing the same children.
During August, Myers, was jailed for eight years, with a minimum term of five years before being eligible for parole, when he pleaded guilty to 11 charges relating to sexually assaulting young boys.
The court was told March left the Shoalhaven and moved to the Victorian town of Seymour soon after Myers was arrested.
