After the successful Crack UP of 2018, Crack UP has returned to re-connect the Shoalhaven community through music, song, dance and more.
Talented local community members are coming together to support the Shoalhaven during these "uncertain times" and to raise awareness of how re-connecting through the arts can enhance our individual and collective mental health.
Mental health issues will affect one in five Australians every year. Anxiety disorders are often the most common mental health challenge, followed by depression.
