Starting at 4pm the night includes lots of carnival rides, live entertainment from The Rock Addicts, carnival rides and lots of activities for children.
Fun night co-ordinator Peter Stinson said: "the fireworks will start around 9pm and go through until about 9.15pm. We'll have the band playing and certainly the rides and the carnival will go until about 10 o'clock".
OTHER NEWS:
During the afternoon and into the evening there will be no shortage of free, good old fashioned games for the children.
"Well have a whole raft of kids games going on as well, something planned to entertain the kids," Mr Stinson said.
And it's not just Berry that will benefit from the evening.
"While it hasn't been decided where the proceeds will go, obviously any surplus funds will go to a consolidated community account, at this stage it is a fair bet a lot of the proceeds will go towards buying an ambulance for a village in Nepal which our club has associations with," Mr Stinson said.
The village, he said, is also suffering pretty terribly from COVID at the moment.
The Nepalese village is Jyamrung, 109km from Kathmandu.
Homes in Jyamrung have earthen floors, food is cooked over an open fire and daily life is dictated by sun-up and sun-down.
Entry to the December 31 celebrations is just $7.50 per person with children under 15 years is free.
Families are encouraged to bring a rug and make a picnic night of it.
This is an alcohol-free event.
