The last time the Shoalhaven recorded no new cases of the virus was on September 7.
Case numbers have remained under double digits in the region for the last couple of weeks and are declining across the district and state, too.
Only three residents in the ISLHD tested positive to the virus overnight, with Wollongong recording two new cases and Shellharbour recording one.

Over the weekend, six Shoalhaven residents tested positive to the virus in Saturday's update and two residents tested positive in Sunday's update.
All cases recorded in Saturday and Sunday's update, except for one, were linked to known cases in the community.
NSW Health has listed Bakers Delight at Nowra Fair on 32-60 East Street as a COVID exposure site overnight.
It is advised anyone who visited the venue from 3:35pm to 3:40pm on Monday, October 25 is a casual contact and must get tested and self-isolate until they receive a negative result.
There have now been 2,431 local cases of COVID-19 in the ISLHD since the start of the outbreak in June.
For the second day in a row, NSW has recorded under 200 COVID cases ahead of the state's reopening for intrastate travel today.
The state added 135 new cases and four deaths in Monday's update.
That's down from the 177 cases recorded in Sunday's update (October 31).
Across the state, 93.6 per cent of people aged 16 years and older have now had their first dose of a vaccine, while 87.7 per cent are fully vaccinated.
