Residents across NSW are going to have one less hour of sleep with daylight saving beginning this Sunday.

It will also be the opportunity for people across the state to enjoy the warmer weather, kick back and plan more outdoor activities in a COVID safe way.
Make sure you put your wall clocks and watches an hour forward on Saturday night, because daylight saving begins on October 3 at 2am.
