NSW Health lists new COVID-19 exposure sites for Nowra and Bomaderry

ALDI Nowra, PETstock South Nowra and Australia Post Bomaderry were added as exposure sites on the NSW Health website on Sunday, September 26.

The exposure time at ALDI Nowra, 8 16 Kinghorne Street, is listed as 2:59pm to 3:06pm on Wednesday, September 15.

The exposure time at PETstock South Nowra, 2 142 Princes Highway, is listed as 9am to 9:35am on Wednesday, September 15.

The exposure time at Australia Post Bomaderry, Shop 20, 73 Meroo Street, is listed as 1pm to 1:30pm on Monday, September 20.

NSW Health advises that anyone who attended either of these venues at the listed times are casual contacts and must get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.

If your date of exposure at Australia Post Bomaderry occurred in last four days, you must get another test on day five from the date of exposure. NSW Health goes on to advise that a mask must be worn around others and that movement is to be limited until another negative result is received.

Continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms occur, get tested again.

Because the exposure at ALDI Nowra and PETstock South Nowra were over five days ago, there is no requirement to get a second test if you get a negative result.

The Shoalhaven recorded five new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, with two of these cases under investigation.

The region also recorded 11 new cases on Saturday, with nine under investigation.

This brings the region's total number of cases since the Delta-variant outbreak to 83.
