Diners' votes have been tallied and the winners of the 2021 Your Local Club Perfect Plate Awards can finally be revealed.

Mollymook Golf Club Beachside Bistro is among 13 regional winners, taking out top spot in the Southern Tablelands and Far South Coast category.
Its pan-seared scallops were a special competition created for their menu. Members and patrons were invited to score the meals and cast their votes between 29 April and 21 June 2021.
Mollymook joined almost 160 clubs state-wide in creating a special dish, with more than 50,000 Perfect Plate dishes purchased by dinners across NSW.
Club Operations Manager, Jason Clay said it was an honour to receive the award.
"I am extremely proud of the entire team for the work they always put in and it's great for them to receive the recognition they deserve with this award," he said.
"Thank you to all the members and guests who have supported us and I look forward to welcoming people into the club to try our award winning dish."
The competition's ambassadors - celebrity chefs Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge - said they were blown away by the quality of club cuisine.
"I'll admit, before travelling around the state to sample Perfect Plate dishes, I hadn't spent very much time in clubs, but the calibre of food is incredible. It just goes to show that you don't need to go to a fine dining restaurant to experience fantastic food - it's right there at your local club," Manu said.
Colin echoed his sentiments.
"I was surprised by the variety of food on offer at clubs. During the competition I tasted everything from seared scallops to crispy pork belly, and the passion that the clubs' chefs have for their food was great to see," he said.
While the three state-wide and 13 regional Perfect Plate winners were originally set to be announced at an awards night in July, COVID-19 restrictions saw the event moved online, with the winners revealed by Manu via Zoom recently.
