The 26-year-old's strong showing began in the 1200-metre class one handicap with Bundchen, where the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott-trained filly won by 0.2 lengths.
Only 0.4 lengths separated the top four, with Anthony Mountney's Canzonet second and Theresa Bateup's Alan and Eberlee third and fourth respectively.
The Kembla Grange-based rider backed it up in the 1400-metre benchmark 58 handicap with Role Play, trained by Nowra-born Kerry Parker.
The duo edged Bjorn Baker's Californian by one length.
Costin's third win at the Shoalhaven City Turf Club came in the 1400-metre maiden handicap, once again teaming up with Waterhouse and Bott.
Three-year-old filly took line honours ahead of Matthew Smith's Festival Dancer.
Costin's final triumph came with Amanda Turner's So Sneeky in the 1600-metre class three handicap - pipping Jason Coyle's Mandalorian by 0.1 lengths.
The Waterhouse and Bott-trained gelding finished 1.5 lengths behind John O'Shea's Benaud.
Nowra's other three race victors on the day were Brett Lazzarini's Fiorzana (2200-metre class one/maiden plate), Bjorn Baker's Diamond Hands (1000-metre benchmark 58 handicap) and Tina Williams' Look Out Lee (1000-metre maiden plate).
