At Bomaderry Oval, Trevor Skingle's Bears opened the scoring through skipper Kaine Good in the 28th minute.
This strike proved to be the only goal of the first half, as the visitors led 1-nil at the break.
But in true Tigers fashion, the black and golds didn't die wondering and managed to record an equaliser in the 73rd minute through Michael Hampton.
This set up a frantic final period of the match, in which both sides pushed hard for a winner but couldn't find one, as the match ended 1-all.
This result sees the hosts remain two points in front of the Bears on the Shoalhaven District Football Association, with four rounds remaining until the Blackmore Bolden Shield finals series kicks off.
Next round, Bomaderry travels to Vic Zealand Oval to take on fourth-placed Shoalhaven Heads-Berry and United host St Georges Basin at Lyrebird Park.
