The visitors took just four minutes in when five-eighth Tom Atkins strolled through the Dogs' defensive line from close range, following a scrum.
Centre Brad Killmore converted from right in front and the Knights led 6-nil.
Three minutes later, the visitors doubled their advantage, when Dylan Morris' speed put back-rower William Webb into space down the right edge, before he kicked through for the chasing Matt Morris - with the winger gathering the ball on the bounce and running around to score behind the sticks.
Killmore made no mistake and Marc Laird's men led by 12.
Despite the fast start, that proved to be the only points scored in the first half, as the Knights led 12-nil at the break.
Similarly to the first 40, the red and blacks jumped out of the gates fast and had their third within four minutes of the restart.
A Blake Rickard cross-field bomb was caught by second-rower Lachlan Farrell, who squeezed on offload away to Atkins - who found centre Ethan Ford in space to score.
Killmore missed from the western sideline, as the score remained 16-nil.
Three minutes later, former Bulldog Tyler Clark stormed through a huge gap and sprinted downfield.
The very next play, a spread to the left involving Kieran Poole, Atkins and Farrell created room for Ford to cut back inside and score his second of the afternoon.
Killmore's third conversion of the match made it 22-nil.
The home fans finally had something to cheer about in the 56th minute when prop Jayden Farmilo barged over after a sharp pass from halfback Luke Millard.
Winger Dylan Carriage slotted the conversion, as the Dogs trialled 22-6.
But any chance of a comeback was quickly put to bed by Kiama who crossed for their fifth try moments later.
After Kade Roberts was stopped just short of the line, the ball was spread to the right where fullback Dylan Morris stepped through the line to score.
Killmore's kick extended the visitors' lead to 22 points.
This energised the Knights, who ran in three quick tries to put the icing on the big victory.
First, a break down the right edge by Killmore put Matt Morris over for his second before a smart interchange between Poole and Atkins sent Alex Boles over - which was converted by Killmore.
The final try of the day went to Killmore, following another break down the right edge - as the Knights ran out 36 point winners.
The Knights, who now sit in fifth with a 5-4, were next scheduled to face the Gorillas at Cec Glenholmes Oval, with the winless Bulldogs having the bye but that's all up in the air at this stage, with the current COVID-19 enforced lockdown on Greater Sydney.
Group Seven is expected to make an announcement on how the rest of the 2021 season will look in the comings days.
