Vincentia resident Kerrie Kelly said she has been waiting in the line-up since 10.38am and has moved 20 car spaces forward in one hour.
"I can finally see the testing tent after an hour of waiting in line. There has to be about another 60 cars lining up in front of me," she said.
"The line is going around the corner of the soccer field [Huskisson Sports Ground], and there are a lot of cars still behind me. I joined the lineup in Owen Street."
Kerrie said there are police present who are handing out water bottles to people waiting in their cars.
While she expects to be waiting for another two hours, Kerrie expressed it was good to see the community coming to get tested.
"My parents live at Huskisson and I am a carer for them, so for me I'm doing the test to make sure I'm looking out for them and all the other elderly locals and those who are immunocompromised."
The entrance to the pop-up clinic is via Kioloa Street, located behind the Huskisson Sports Club and is open until 6pm today. The drive through clinic will be open 8am to 6pm every day until further notice.
