Unfortunately for the Ison Park-based club, they could only muster one National Premier League Two win from five matches in round seven.
That came in the under 14s fixture, where Zoe Anderson's squad downed their rivals 2-1, behind goals from Lillian Skelly and Emily Zarafa.
This win moves the Phoenix up to fifth on the ladder, just five points adrift of first-placed Marconi.
Following this win, South East lost four straight matches, starting with Brittany Anderson's under 15s outfit, who lost 5-nil.
This was followed by Wayne Paton's under 17s team, who went down 6-nil, before Phoenix's reserve grade women's side were defeated 4-nil.
Finally, in first grade, Norm Boardman's Phoenix was outclassed 5-1, despite a strike from Bronte Trew - which takes her season tally to four goals from six matches.
All five sides return home this Sunday, where they take on St George at South Nowra.
Under 14s will start the five-game slate at 8.30am before the under 15s (9.55am), under 17s (11.25am), reserve grade (1.05pm) and first grade (3pm) sides take to the field.
