Perched up on Princes Edward Avenue, all profits made from sales donated to the Shoalhaven Animal Shelter.
Naming the van after her beloved pooch, Leish O'Connor started the coffee van as a way to give back to the community she loves and the shelter she found Frankie at.
"When I moved down there, I bought my dog from the Shoalhaven Animal Centre. He was abused and we've completely brought him back to life," she said.
"I personally don't need this to make a profit, I just want to give back to Culburra, the community and the shelter."

The money raised will go towards a new agility space for the dogs at the shelter.
Leish said it was also a way to hire local baristas and source local products, using Alfresco Coffee Roasters from Moruya and South Coast Dairy Milk.
"We will also keep the community updated with how much we've managed to raise," she said.
Frankie's Coffee Van is open Thursday to Friday 6.30am to 12pm, and Saturday to Sunday 7am to 12pm.
