The eight-game extravaganza in Brisbane will kick-off on Friday, with the clash between the Wests Tigers and Newcastle Knights at 6pm - with the latter's side coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien.
This will be followed by Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and his Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles' fixture with the Brisbane Broncos - whose side features Moruya's Rhys Kennedy on the four-man bench.
Saturday's slate will start with the Bulldogs, headlined by Tathra's Adam Elliott, and Raiders' match before the Sharks and Rabbitohs take to the field.
That second game will see Narooma's Teig Wilton and Pambula-born Jack Williams start on the Sharks' bench, while Nowra-born Cody Walker will wear the number one jersey for South Sydney.
The final Saturday game will see Kiama's Josh Morris and his Roosters, who will be without the services of Albion Park-Oak Flats' Drew Hutchison (ribs), take on the Cowboys.
Sunday's action will start with the Warriors and Eels locking horns.
New Zealand's side contains Shellharbour's Euan Aitken and Milton-Ulladulla's Jack Murchie on their extended bench, as Parramatta is coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur.
Next up on the slate will be Bega's Dale Finucane and his Storm's battle with the Dragons - whose side has named Gerringong's Tariq Sims in the back-row.
Gerringong's Jackson Ford and Park's Adam Clune are also on the Red V's extended bench.
Wrapping up the weekend will be Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook and his Titans' match with the league-leading Panthers.
