With Shellharbour's Euan Aitken (ankle), Peta Hiku (shoulder) and Adam Pompey (ankle) all injured, Nathan Brown has named Murchie and Marcelo Montoya in the centres for the club's traditional Anzac Day clash.
Batemans Bay-born Murchie, who was used in the role on the right edge for the last 30 minutes of the remarkable third-round clash against Canberra after Hiku left the field with a knee injury, returns to the side after missing the match against the Dragons on Sunday.
At match kicking off at 6.15pm will also mark the return of Bega's Dale Finucane to the hosts line-up, with the co-captain finally recovering from a calf injury.
The exciting Anzac round slate will kick-off on Thursday when the Panthers host the Knights, who are coached by Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien.
Then on Friday, the Titans, coached by Milton's Justin Holbrook and featuring Kiama's Mitch Rein at nine, host the Rabbitohs - headlined by Nowra-born five-eighth Cody Walker.
Later that night, the Eels and Broncos will lock horns at Darwin's TIO Stadium.
Parramatta's side is coached by Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur, while Moruya's Rhys Kennedy is on Brisbane's extended bench.
Saturday's action will start with the Sharks and Bulldogs fixture, with the former containing Narooma's Teig Wilton and Pambula-born Jack Williams.
Tathra's Adam Elliott will start in the back-row for Canterbury-Bankstown.
Then on Sunday, Gerringong's Reuben Garrick and his Sea Eagles travel to Bankwest Stadium to play the Wests Tigers.
This will be followed by the traditional Anzac Day match between the Roosters and Dragons.
The tri-colours side features Kiama twins Josh and Brett Morris as well as Albion Park-Oak Flats' Drew Hutchison, with Park's Adam Clune and Gerringong's Tariq Sims in the Red V's 17 - which rounds out the round seven slate.
