At the Thompson Street Sports Complex, Ex-Servos won the toss and elected to bowl first in the Shoalhaven District Cricket Association decider.
Behind knocks by Tony Dcosta (53), Pat Griffin (32), Jed Salmon (19), Tom Purcell (12 not out) and Prashanth Brahmanpally (11), the Bay reached 7-193 from 91.1 overs in their first innings.
With the ball, Viralkumar Patel and Barry Cumberland took 2-11 and 2-31 respectively.
While Joey Ellery (1-16), Don Tharaka (1-27), Luke Hopper (1-33) and Andrew Wilson (1-39) all chipped in one wicket.
In reply, Ex-Servos started strongly until opener Barry Cumberland was dismissed for six - leaving his side at 1-19.
But the rest of the order, bar fellow opener Benjamin Guyer (11) and Matthew Isackson (six), failed with the willow, as Ex-Servos lost their final nine wickets for 26 runs - to be all out for 45 in the 40th over.
With the ball, Bay's Eric McMahon dominated, taking 6-6 off nine overs, including two maidens.
The other wicket-takers for the victors were Tony Dcosta (2-8), Jason Doherty (1-5) and Prashanth Brahmanpally (1-5).
