The former Gerringong Lion, who comes in for the suspended Jamayne Taunoa-Brown, will start on the four-man bench for the club's fixture against his former side Canberra at GIO Stadium on Saturday.
This appearance will be the Batemans Bay-born forward's 14th for the New Zealand-based club and 17th overall - with his first three being with the Raiders.
Murchie is one of a number of South Coast talents that will be lining up for their respective rugby league teams in round three.
On Friday, the Dragons, featuring Gerringong's Tariq Sims and Shellharbour's Trent Merrin, will host the Sea Eagles at WIN Stadium.
Albion Park-Oak Flats' Adam Clune and Gerringong's Jackson Ford are once again on the extended bench for the Red V.
The visitors' team that night will feature Gerringong's Reuben Garrick on the wing and Cobargo's Morgan Boyle on the bench - who comes in for the injured Andrew Davey (ACL).
Later that night, Nowra-born Cody Walker and his Rabbitohs take on fierce rivals the Roosters, headlined by Kiama twins Josh and Brett Morris.
Albion Park's Drew Hutchison, who played during the club's round two win against the Wests Tigers, has been named 18th man, with Victor Radley returning from suspension.
Then on Saturday, Moruya's Rhys Kennedy and his Broncos will play the Bulldogs, containing Tathra's Adam Elliot, at Suncorp Stadium.
The final match on Saturday will see Batemans Bay's Brad Arthur and his Eels entertain the Sharks at Bankwest Stadium.
Jack Williams is again among the Cronulla-Sutherland reserves, where he is joined by Narooma's Teig Wilton, who has been named to make his first appearance for 2021 - taking the spot of Marwene Hiroti.
On Sunday, Batemans Bay's Adam O'Brien and his Knights will attempt to make it three wins on the trot against the Tigers, before the round is wrapped up with the all-Queensland derby between the Cowboys and Titans.
The latter's side is coached by Milton-Ulladulla's Justin Holbrook and features Kiama's Mitch Rein at nine.
