The Hawks will be back on the road in Adelaide for the second outing of round 12, but will then play three straight games at the WEC in round 13.
The Hawks enjoyed their most memorable win of last season at home to the Kings on New Years' Eve.
For the Kings it will be their only away game in the three-round schedule with five straight games at Qudos Bank Arena to follow.
With a home clash with Brisbane to come this Monday, the Hawks will enjoy five of six games at home, but the overall schedule remains unforgiving.
Overall, the rounds 12-14 schedule will see them play four of seven games at home, but round 14 tosses up a brutal road double against the Breakers in Launceston and the Wildcats in Perth less than 48 hours later.
NBL Cup 'home' games aside, the Hawks will have played just six of 25 games on the road.
Coach Goorjian stated his belief that road-fatigue played a part in his team's dismal offensive display in a loss to Melbourne United on Sunday.
It'll get tougher when they face Perth at RAC Arena on Friday ahead of a return to Wollongong to host Brisbane on Monday night, for their second outing at the WEC this year.
It does leave the prospect of a heavily back-ended home run down the stretch of the season.
