From jamming their way through lockdown to inviting their landlord to their gigs - The Terrys are all about bringing good times to the forefront, no matter the situation. Band members Jacob Finch (vocals), Lukas Anderson (lead guitar) and Ben Salvo (rhythm guitar) come from Gerringong. They have been joined by Cameron Cooper (drums) and Trent Cooper (bass). Ever wanted to ride the Tour de France? This may be as close as your get if you're a ken (and fit) road cyclist. This year's L'Étape is running The Race, which is 136km and has 2700 metres of elevation starting and finishing at Kiama and passing through the Shoalhaven and the Southern Highlands. Empower Me
If there's a community that knows the meaning of 'resilience in the face of adversity', it's the Milton Ulladulla region. Shoalhaven not-for-profit Empower Me Program is hosting an art exhibition with that exact theme and is welcoming entries. The exhibition is open to youth aged between 12 years and 25 years, seniors 60 years and over, and Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander people 50 years and over. The Festival of Small Halls Autumn Tour 2021 is set to stop in the Shoalhaven. The Pyree School of Arts Hall- aka the Pyree Hall - will host the feel-good ukulele strummer and drummer Bobby Alu and two-piece indie pop-rock band This Way North on this year's NSW Autumn Tour.
