The space is a new destination showcasing the handmade goods of up to 30 South Coast businesses.
Inside the two-storey building, shoppers can browse handmade jewellery, local art, homewares and even eco swimwear made of recycled plastic bottles.
The director and owner of the Mill Marketplace Sheree Bailey said there was a need for a hub providing a space for handmade businesses.
"Particularly since COVID, we realised two things. We're stronger when we're together," said Bailey.
"And that in the Shoalhaven there are some beautiful local businesses. We really feel like this will add a handmade dimension where people can shop.

The Mill Marketplace will provide a more permanent fixture for handmade businesses.
"A lot of the businesses come from community markets, and then they take that next step," said Bailey.
"That's where we help them being a small little business in the market environment to having a little bit more permanency and being able to showcase their products in a retail environment."
Originally built in the 1830s, the old Mill building was one of the first convict-built brick mills in Australia. Bailey said the heritage building was a perfect spot to showcase handmade goods.
"We wanted to ensure the beautiful rustic charm still showed the products shine for what they are," she said.
"We've added a lot of lighting and put in some false white walls just to lift it up with lighting. We've also added some beautiful flower walls and painted just a little bit but have kept it 100% heritage."
The Mill Marketplace is located at the Mill Precinct on 719 Greenwell Point Road, Pyree. The grand opening will run from 10am to 4pm, this Saturday March 3.
