Premier Gladys Berejiklian launched the bootcamp during a visit to the South Coast on Tuesday (February 23), saying the NSW Government has committed $1.2 million to establish the local operation.
The bootcamp will offer up to 100 training places to young people.
"We know young people are concerned about a post COVID-19 economy, which is why the NSW Government is committed to providing access to training opportunities and creating more jobs," Ms Berejiklian said.
The Productivity Bootcamp will provide participants with intensive hands on training over eight weeks to increase their job prospects, particularly in construction.
The South Coast Bootcamp will be based at South Nowra and will start on March 15, following on from the launch of the Campbelltown Productivity Bootcamp in October last year.

"With a record amount of construction projects planned over the next decade, upskilling today's youth will ensure a pipeline of skilled workers to meet the demands of these projects and help local young people find these work opportunities." Ms Berejiklian said.
The announcement comes at a time when training forms a key part of the state's COVID-19 Recovery Plan.
In addition to trade skills, bootcamp participants will develop attributes critical to employment success like reliability, communication and team work and ultimately allow jobseekers in the area an opportunity to find work on the South Coast.
Productivity Bootcamp director Rebecca Embleton said the company has been delivering strong results in previous bootcamps in Western Sydney since 2015.
"Our bootcamp program provides a transformative eight-week intensive course that arms young people with the skills and attitude needed to be successful," Ms Embleton said.
