At Hanging Rock Oval, the Bay won the toss and elected to bat first.
Behind knocks of Mark Tuckwell (31 not out), Tyler Frawley (29), Scott Murray (19) and Sebastian Giri (19), the hosts posted 9-130 from their 40 overs.
Greg Sweet was the pick of the visitors' bowlers with 3-12, while Micah Edwards (2-25), Elijah Guyatt (1-5), Cooper Luke (1-14) and Dylan Hattley (1-16) also contributed with the red ball.
In reply, Norths reached the target (3-131) in the 33rd over, thanks to a half-century by skipper Alex Parsons (58) - an innings that included five boundaries and three sixes.
Micah Edwards (42 not out) was also solid with the willow for Norths, in the club's fifth win of the season.
Tyler Frawley (1-5), Rob Frawley (1-14) and Tayah Hancock (1-16) were the three wicket-takers for the Bay.
Elsewhere, Ex-Servos dropped to second on the ladder, after their match with Berry-Shoalhaven Heads was drawn due to wet weather.
The final match of the round saw Sussex Inlet down Ulladulla United at Lighthouse Oval.
After being sent in, the hosts reached 6-175 in their innings, with Kane Morgan (46 not out) and Blake Wiseman (44) starring.
Phillip Whittaker (2-41) was the lone multiple wicket-taker for Sussex, as Brendan Calladine (1-6), Alexander Gogerly (1-8), Malcolm Granger (1-25) and Will Calladine (1-25) also chipped in with the cherry.
In response, 66 not out from opener Shane Isherwood helped the visitors reach the total (4-177) in the 33rd over.
Michael McCarthy (57 not out) also scored a half-century in the six-wicket win - their first of the campaign.
Brendan Hope (2-17), Morgan (1-27) and Alex Eggins (1-33) took wickets for the hosts in the loss.
The only other action across the four SDCA grades, due to the wet weather, was in third grade, with Batemans Bay reaching 1-14 before rain saw the game was called off.
