Pizza Paradise at Sanctuary Point was closed for cleaning out of extreme caution after a customer from Sydney's Northern Beaches was fined for the breach.
Owners Jane and Ray Patterson have issued a statement saying their staff have all returned negative COVID tests.
"We would like to address recent reports of a COVID-19 breach at Pizza Paradise," Jane said in the statement.
"A woman has entered the shop on Tuesday 22nd of December to purchase pizzas and subsequently left to eat in a park."
The statement said the woman and her partner then required ambulance assistance for a suspected spider bite.
"The lady in question and her partner along with myself, Ray, and all staff have had mandated COVID-19 tests which have come back negative.
"We have remained shut and are abiding by all laws and regulations notified by the health department and police.
"All restrictions to my business, family staff and their families have been lifted today and we can continue our normal daily routines; however we have chosen to remain shut for the next three days to enjoy Christmas with our families and will reopen on the 27th as normal.
"Again, we would like to let the community know that there has been no detection of COVID-19 at all in our business.
"Thank you for your understanding."
