The man affectionately known to most simply as Remo, has a heart to match.
While he might look big and tough, the former Shoalhaven Rugby Club front rower, Remo actually has a soft side and is always the first to put his hand up to support a good cause.
This week he and his team are on a mission to sell 1000, yes 1000 dozen lamingtons to support young Cambewarra boy, five-year-old Harvey, who has been diagnosed with leukemia.
Harvey was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on October 30 and was flown to the Randwick Children's Hospital.

He has started treatment with doctors advising it will be at least a two year process and he will speed the first six to eight months of intensive treatment in Sydney.
That means the next few months in hospital for the youngster, and of course Christmas.
His parents Sallie and Brian are by his side. They also have a one-year-old, Amelia, and Sallie is expecting their third child.
As a family they are staying in Sydney which is a huge financial burden.
Kids World Kindy Bomaderry, where Harvey goes to school, has rallied and is staging a number of fundraising events for the family.
Two GoFundMe pages have also been established.
"We were approached to put a donation tin on the shop's front counter," Mr Reminis said.
We want to sell 1000 dozen lamingtons and all the proceeds will go to Harvey and his family. That will raise $15,000.

"I thought we could do better than that and suggested the lamington drive."
He aims to sell 1000 dozen, of which all proceeds will go to the family.
"By selling all 1000 dozen we will clear $15,000," he said.
"We aren't asking for a donation - it's $7.50 for half a dozen lamingtons."
So far around 500 dozen have been purchased.
Just head along to Bakehouse Delights at Nowra East and ask for half a dozen lamingtons to support Harvey.
"I don't even know the family but one of our workers lives next door to them. You could just image what they are going through," he said.
"A good friend of mine lost his daughter in a similar situation a few years ago and we weren't in a position to be able to help them financially - this time we can and we want to do our bit.
"It's not to forget other families in the Shoalhaven who are probably going through similar things. Your heart just goes out to them."
Harvey's Kids World Kindy teacher Abbie Wiringi said he is a "special little boy".
"Harvey lights up a room when he comes into it," she said.
"He makes everyone smile.
"He's adventurous, very adventurous, loves science and exploring.
"He would bring in joke books and tell us jokes.
"As a centre we have all been touched by this. And we just want to do our bit to help the family.
"The support we have received from local businesses for raffles we are running and other fundraisers has been fantastic. So far $4400 has been raised in one GoFundMe - we have a goal of $5000.
"The children are constantly asking about him. We try to send as many videos through from the children as possible, communicating with him to stay in touch.

"Sometimes he gets upset by seeing his friends but other times he wants to see them and Sallie plays the videos for him."
This week the children have also been dressing as a superhero for Harvey. Photos of that will be going up on the Kids World Kindy Bomaderry facebook page.
Some great news for the family this week, they have been moved into an apartment at Ronald McDonald House.
"That will give them a lot more room," Abbie said.
"They are all together and close to Harvey.
"They are all so grateful of all the support they are receiving. They are just amazed how everyone has banded together and shown support. They can't thank everyone enough."
