At Hayden Drexel Oval, the hosts won the toss and elected to bat.
Behind 45 from Blake Munilla and 35 from Daniel Gleeson, Ex-Servos posted 194 from their 41 overs.
Others to reach double-figures for the hosts were Luke Jones (27), Graham Phillis (25), Matthew Lawrence (18) and Daniel Kelleher (12).
With the white ball, Dale Lovatt and Charlie Howard took 2-25 and 2-26 respectively for the Magpies.
In reply, top three batsmen Jarrod Mitchell (23), Lovatt (15) and Dylan Cosgrove (11) got the visitors off to a strong start before Alec Dobson hit a pivotal 52.
Once the latter was dismissed, Howard (25) and Jacob Temple (17 not out) helped the Magpies reach the target (9-195) with 15 balls to spare.
Manning Berry (2-39) and Nathan Tyrrell (2-44) did all they could for Ex-Servos in the loss.
The weekend's other first grade fixture between North Nowra-Cambewarra and Nowra at the Bernie Regan Sports Complex was called off early.
Following the 27th over, with Nowra at 3-110, the play was stopped when umpire Terry Richmond succumb to the hot conditions.
As Richmond couldn't continue, no further play occurred, with the result of the fixture to be determined by Cricket NSW - with it currently being disputed.
Once that decision comes through, it will determine the final placings of Norths, Ex-Servos, Nowra and Berry on the one-day table and therefore the semi-final schedule for the two December 19 showdowns - ahead of the grand final on January 9.
Batemans Bay had the bye in round five.
Next weekend, teams will start their assaults on the two-day format, with Norths hosting Ex-Servos and the Bay playing Nowra - with Berry enjoying the bye.
