In heat two, first home for Nowra was Cooper Barrett in third place in 2:19.9.
Erin Smart was fifth in 2:24.0 with Peter Dooley sixth in 2:28.9.
Seventh was Jett Goddard in 2:32.3 and then in ninth place was Ella Dyball in 2:33.4.
Heat three was won by Kembla Joggers athlete Ben Christian with Toby Dyball second in 2:31.2.
Airlie Stevens was seventh in 2:45.9 followed by Dakota Farn in eighth place in 2:46.2.
In the open's 3000m, Geoff Crook ran well clocking 14:54.4.
