Their comfortable 34-18 win over Albion Park-Oak Flats Eagles was their third-straight victory and helps them consolidate second spot on the competition table, with four rounds remaining in this COVID-19 reduced 2020 season.
The Eagles got a strong start when a mistake from a clearing kick gave them great early field position, however it was the visitors who struck first when in just the seventh minute.
Lock Luke Asquith caught the Park defence napping and he strolled over from dummy-half.
Kurt Field converted for a 6-nil.
It didn't take the Eagles long to get back on level terms however when a Jayden Harris grubber-kick rebounded off Jamberoo legs and was quickly spread wide for Dallas Harrison to race over close to the posts.
Sam Clune levelled the scores at 6-all.
The game continued to see-saw as both sides tried to get the upper hand and it was Jamberoo five-eighth Mark Asquith who put his stamp on the game when he took on the defence from 20 metres out and scored next to the posts in the 25th minute.
Just three minutes later, it was his brother Luke who this time turned provider when a short ball saw prop Jayden Morgan stroll over under the posts and with Field adding both extras, it looked like an easy afternoon for the visitors at 18-6.
To the Park's credit, they had the last say in the first half when giant prop Rodney Coates used his size to crash over in the 34th minute and Clune's conversion closed the gap to six at the long break.
First points in the second half were vital and it was Jamberoo who again took the initiative when centre Simon Maslanka crashed over in the corner six minutes after the resumption and Luke Asquith added a second eight minutes later for a 28-12 lead, as the oppressive heat took its toll on both teams.
The Eagles did manage to hit back with 12 minutes left through a clever blindside raid that resulted in a try to fullback Kane Ball, but the final nail in the coffin for the Eagles came with three minutes remaining when a decisive run from winger Jarryd Smith had the Superoos on the front foot - as Maslanka charged through some soft defence to outpace the defence from halfway from his second and round out a 34-18 victory.
In a whole-hearted Superoos effort, James Gilmore, Luke and James Asquith and Maslanka were the stand-outs, while Sam Clune, Ben Warner, Rod Coates and Brent Wake did all they could to lift the home side.
