At Vic Zealand Oval, Charlotte Ryan continued her goal-scoring form to open her team's account in the 22nd minute.
Jannah Lancaster added the hosts' second 20 minutes later before all three points were sealed by Ryan in the 49th minute - taking the latter's tally to 13 goals in seven matches.
Basin's Halle Grainger scored a late consolation goal, in the 79th minute, to make it 3-1 at full-time.
In round nine's other match, a Karyn Coleman strike proved the difference at Milton-Ulladulla edged Illaroo 1-nil at Lighthouse Oval.
The Brumbies had the bye this week.
On the back of these results, Callala sits in first on 23 points, ahead of Heads (22), Milton (16), Basin (10) and Illaroo (seven).
Next week, the Brumbies host the Panthers and the Roos take on the Sharks at Sharman Park - with the Dragons having the bye.
